Breakfit is a new class concept connecting the most important aspects of fitness and nutrition to drive results.
It runs on a 4 or 8 week programme with the opportunity to attend 5 weekday classes at 7am and be greeted with a healthy breakfast and snack for later in the day, ready and waiting
when you are finished, provided by our food and beverage partners Rose Leaf Cafe.
The programme will focus on HIIT (high intensity interval training) to drive results, in combination with taking responsibility of the first half of your nutrition for the day.
There will also be a e-handbook provided to help you with meal ideas, life hacks and tip on staying on track.
ALSO, there will also be a competition element as well, with the best performer winning a whole host of cool prizes.
