CONNECTING FITNESS & NUTRITION

6P our excited to announce the launch of BREAKFIT, this is our newest class which has a soul purpose of connecting two of the most important aspects of health, EXERCISE and NUTRITION to get your desired results. You’ll be training in a fasted state to then be rewarded with a freshly prepared breakfast for afterwards.

That’s not all! We will be running a competition for one lucky winner to win 1000 in cash and prizes! There will also be a e-handbook provided to help you with meal ideas, life hacks and tip on staying on track.

Our program will be running for 4 to 8 weeks! Spaces are limited and will be selected on a first come first serve biases. (split payment option available)

7AM - 8AM (WEEKDAYS)

Start your weekdays strong and on track with a 7am BreakFit Class SUNDAYS – THURSDAYS.

HIIT BASED

Classes are based on Fasted Interval Training. There will be a variety of interval structures throughout the course. Each to challenge you and maximize your progression towards your results.
