Your experience starts with a free consultation, a 1-on-1 sit down with one of our personal trainers. This consultation includes a free non-invasive body composition analysis with our highly advanced InBody machine.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

Our Personal Trainers are able to offer you nutritional support, as well as this you will get discounted prices from our meal plan partners at MySixPak, which can also contribute to helping you achieve a calorie controlled diet.

AFFORDABLE & FLEXIBLE

Our Personal Training options start from only 150AED/hour for our Semi Private Personal Training Program. With no Gym Membership Fees, no membership fees or any additional fees whatsoever!

INJURY REHABILITATION SPECIALIST

Personal Trainer Louisa Batt is a superstar with over 18 years of experience coaching people of all skill levels, her experience lies mostly in injury rehabilitation. With a huge base of knowledge she has developed in this field, she is the perfect personal trainer with a wealth of experience and able to assist people recovering from injuries or medical conditions, ranging from herniated discs to torn ACLs.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT & CONDITIONING

For Athletic Development and Conditioning, including Strength and Conditioning, we recommend talking to our in-house S&C coach, Jean-Pierre Fagan, who is known by his nom de guerre “JP”. JP grew up in Dubai before moving back to South Africa in order to study and graduate from the prestigious Stellenbosch University with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning.

JP’s field of expertise lies in leveraging strength & conditioning movements and workouts to build his clients’ fitness level. With a wide range of highly technical skills, he excels in sport specific training & youth training.

  • FREE CONSULTATION

    To get started, all you have to do is give us your details and JP will reach out to you to get you booked in for a free consultation. At this consultation he will take you through a body composition analysis using our InBody machine, which is a non-invasive way to measure your body fat, skeletal muscle mass and other key metrics that will help us get a picture of where your are today. JP will then take you through a workout that is designed to be a fitness assessment, taking you through basic movements and lifts.

  • FLEXIBLE TERMS

    You can train with JP in a variety of ways. If you are new to the gym, you can embark on our 6P Program, which is a low cost way to get 1 whole month of 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions that are designed as a syllabus to teach you the basic movements under the intense guidance of JP or one of our other Personal Trainers. At the end of the month you move to our Semi Private program, with the cost dropping by 25%,

    Did you know that the founders of 6P are the team behind @FitnessinDXB? We organize several events each week around Dubai that are either free or low cost, with an awesome community of fun loving active people. As a member of 6P you will automatically be invited to all of our events!
