This program is split in two stages, the first stage teaches you the fundamentals, with one-on-one personal training to build up your knowledge & ability. The second stage will move you into our 6P training sessions, which are small groups of up to 5, training under the guidance of one of our personal trainers at fixed session times during the week, for a fraction of the cost of regular personal training!

CONSULTATION

A no-obligation consultation with one of our personal trainers looks at key aspects of your lifestyle, medical history and fitness level. The consultation includes a free body composition anlaysis & exercise session to assess your fitness.

FITNESS PLAN

Your trainer will develop a fitness plan that is individually tailored to your particular goals, fitness level, medical conditions and body composition analysis. Your fitness plan will always be individually tailored to you.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

One-on-One Personal Training sessions will create a foundation of knowledge and ability. A lot of the movements and workouts require one-on-one attention in order to learn the proper form.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Transitioning to small group training, you will continue to get all the benefits of having a personal trainer’s guidance & programming, for a fraction of the cost, whilst also experiencing the scientifically proven benefits of training in a group.
